Thomas brings over 20 years of IT project management and operational delivery experience across financial services, healthcare technology, and enterprise software sectors. His career spans large-scale system implementations, digital transformation programs, and organizational change initiatives for FTSE 250 companies and high-growth SMEs.

Before founding Edderton Scott, Thomas held senior delivery roles at major consulting firms where he specialized in turning underperforming operations into reliable execution engines. He's led cross-functional teams through complex regulatory migrations, built PMO frameworks from scratch, and rescued stalled digital initiatives that were burning budget without producing outcomes.

His approach combines rigorous project discipline with practical business sense. He doesn't believe in frameworks for their own sake, only in systems that demonstrably improve decision quality, reduce operational friction, and deliver measurable results.

Thomas holds an MSc in Information Systems Management and maintains active certifications in PRINCE2, Agile, and business analysis methodologies. He's a member of the Association for Project Management and regularly advises on operational maturity for professional services firms across the UK.
